Rules

Just clarifying the rules of the challenge.

Start Wednesdays at 12:01 AM and end the following Wednesday at 12:00 midnight.

No meat (beef, pork, chicken, and other wildlife), seafood (shrimp, fish, clams, scallops, etc.), and eggs. Minimized processed foods (things in cans, frozen foods) and preference on fresh foods. Eating just pasta and carbo-loading defeats the whole purpose.

Honor system, no cheating and if you fail, man up and call it out.
