Practicing

I had a spinach salad for lunch today to practice. I topped it with cucumbers, carrots, edamame, corn, green beans, red bell peppers, and dressed with olive oil and vinegar. It's 2 PM and I'm starving. I didn't eat enough.

I have some big meetings coming up next week and I'm afraid I'll pass out mid way through.

  1. You need whole grains that will break down over time, and more proteins (nuts, beans)..
